Meeting Agenda
The public portion of the regular Board of Education Business Meeting will begin in open session at 6:00 p.m. The meeting will open with routine business items, followed by a presentation from the Academic Innovation and Instructional Technology Department, providing Board members and the community with a closer look at instructional technology initiatives and the continued rebalance of blended learning across the District.
The agenda also includes public participation, the Superintendent's Update, the Treasurer's Financial Report, approval of the July 13, 2026, Regular Board Meeting minutes, consideration of donations received by the District (to view a complete list of 2025–2026 donations, click here: 2025–2026 Donations), and consideration of the Consent Agenda, including personnel resignations, recommendations for administrative, certified, and support personnel, as well as supplemental contracts and stipends. Discussion and action items include consideration of contracts to provide services for the 2026–2027 school year and consideration of the District's Online Learning Day Plan for the 2026–2027 school year.

Please Note: Due to road construction and limited parking at the District Office, all Pickerington Board of Education meetings will be held temporarily at the Pickerington High School North Performing Arts Center, 7800 Refugee Road, through December 2026.
